Please mail us the following documents before your interview as soon as possible.

- Original High school and University certificates/transcripts for DV1
(Please include all completion certificates such as + Two Mark Sheets as well as Character’s Certificates.)
- Original Birth Certificate (Also referred to as a Birth Registration Certificate / Recommendation Certificate / Birth Verification Certificate) for all including your children if any
- Original certificate of acceptance of marriage or family register showing marriage if the marriage took place in Japan, or original Marriage Registration Certificate if the marriage took place in Nepal* if any
- Original certificate(s) of acceptance of divorce/family registers showing your divorce(s) if it took place in Japan, or original previous termination of marriage (Divorce Certificate/Decree) if the divorce took place in Nepal* if any
- Original military records if any
- Original court/arrest records if any
- Two photos with white background taken within the last six months (do not wear glasses)* for all applicants
- Copy of current passport bio page for all applicants
- DS-260 confirmation page for all applicant(s)

All documents not in English must be accompanied by translations. The translation must include a statement signed and dated by the translator stating that: Translation is accurate, and The translator is competent to translate.
The requested original documents will be retained in your file. If you wish that the original documents be returned to you, please send a photocopy of each original document to us. You do not need to obtain another copy for the visa interview unless there were amendments made after submission, or a request made by this office to obtain another copy.
