DV2021 Case Processing update of Nepal (Up to 16 September 2021)

Analyzing the DV 2021 visa issuance process, it is seen that 729 primary DV cases have been processed from Nepal till September 16. According to Diversity Visa Statistics, 1,036 people have received visas from 585 primary cases, while 23 people from 11 primary cases are in the administrative process. Out of 68 primary cases, 94 visas have been revoked. In this sense, out of 729 primary cases, 1352 cases have been processed. It seems the progress of DV2021 case processing is 36% out of 3801 total applicants.

A study of Save Diversity Visa Statistics shows that a total of 727 primary DV case numbers have been processed from Nepal. Which is slightly lower than the data of diversity visa statistics.

Similarly, when analyzing the data of the DV Lottery Charts, only 729 primary cases have been processed. Therefore, the update of Diversity Visa Statistics and DV Lottery Charts can be considered more official.

Data analysis on the basis of DV Lotter Charts.

Analyzing the statistics of this DV lottery charts, it is seen that 228 more primary cases have been processed till 16th September as compared to the previous update of 5th September, out of which 433 more visas have been issued. But in the ready state, only 70 is seen, which means that fewer 2NLs have been issued to the new DV winners. It is not encouraging for the DV winners that the second letter will be issued less.

Here is the data released by DV Lottery Charts, which now shows how many people are being interviewed, how many are in the AP process, and how many have had their visas revoked. Cases that are currently canceled and in AP status may be updated on the Visa Issuance List in the coming days because the cases that are currently shown in the canceled or AP list might be reissued in the future.

As the DV visa issuance process is ongoing, the data presented here do not represent 100% of the actual information. Because the number of visa processes is changing every hour or day. The list of case numbers for which visas have been issued is given at the bottom.

DV2021 Case Processing update of Nepal (Up to 5 September 2021)

The fiscal year of the DV 2021 visa issuance process is coming to an end on September 30. In this context, there are clear indications that not even 60% of the DV 2021 visas will be issued through the regular process, which is a matter of concern for the winners of DV 2021. As you may know, the US government court has not been able to give a promising verdict in favor of any of the DV 2021 lawsuit proceedings. In this sense, there is a question mark over the possibility of getting a visa for those who spend a lot of money to participate in the lawsuits. In the year 2021, 3801 Nepalis were selected for the DV lottery program, which is the second-highest number of DV winning country in Asia. According to the DV Lottery Charts' data published on 1st September, 31% of the winners have so far received visas, with 531 receiving visas and 522 being interviewed.
