Guidelines to participate in MULTI-PARTICIPANT BIG MANDAMUS LAWSUIT 

Deadline to participate:  May 31, 2021 11:59 PST

To participate in this lawsuit, DV-2021 selectees must: 


(1) have completed and submitted their DS-260, and


(2) not be named plaintiffs in any other litigation concerning their DV-2021 application.


Cost to Participate:


The attorney fee to participate as plaintiffs in the lawsuit will be $1,500 per DV-2021 selectee family (regardless of family size). 


A) For DV-2021 selectees residing Cuba, Iran, Nepal, Venezuela, Yemen, or in any country in Africa, the initial payment to participate will be $0, and the remaining balance of $1,500 will be due in three consecutive monthly installments of $500 upon the DV selectee’s entry into the US.

Then you have to prepare the answers to the 15 questionnaires given below, it is not necessary to answer all of them. It would be best to answer as many questions as possible.

8. What are the Visa applicant's plans for the future in the U.S. (This does not have to be a certain thing, but tell us what your dreams are in the U.S.)


9. How has the delay in obtaining a visa affected you (and your family, if applicable)? (Physically, psychologically, financially, loss of opportunities, loss of job, passing up promotions, etc.)


10. Does anyone in your immediate family have an existing medical condition? Does any relative in the U.S. who needs your help have a medical condition? Who? How long? How is it treated? What effect does stress have on the condition, if any?


11. Do you, your visa applicant (if applicable) or anyone in the family suffer psychologically (i.e., anxiety, depression, and other diagnosed mental conditions)? Who? When did it begin? How does it affect them? How is it treated, if at all?


12. What has the delay in obtaining a visa prevented you and/or your family from doing?


13. In your own words, sum up how you and your family have been affected by delay in being able to get a visa. What are your biggest concerns, if not already mentioned above?

The Case numbers in the READY mode of Nepali DV 2020 winners (12 September 2021)

In the process of DV winners, the winners of 2020 cannot be forgotten. Because Judge Mehta's final decision to proceed with the 9095 reserved visa process is eagerly awaited by the rest of the DV 2020 winners.
